Frequently Asked Questions

We deliver to hotels, condos, vacation rentals, and private residences within Park City and the surrounding areas. 

We do our best to have all your equipment delivered and set up prior to your arrival; however some establishments may not allow us to deliver directly to your room or rental unit. In these cases we will have your merchandise waiting for you at the concierge desk (or other specified location). 

 We do charge a delivery fee which includes delivery, pickup, and set up. Alternatively, we offer self pick up and drop off at no charge and we are conveniently located only minutes off the highway on the way to Park City from Salt Lake City International Airport.  

 We do have a 3 day minimum for gear rentals.  

 Delivery and pickup is available 7 days a week from 8am-8pm. Early delivery before 8 am or late delivery after 8pm is an additional $20.  

 We use non-toxic products after every use. Sheets and cloth materials are laundered with fragrance free detergents.  

 No, we are not authorized to install car seats. We suggest that you refer to the manufacturer recommended installation guides.  

We recommend placing your order as soon as you make your travel plans. If you need to place a last minute order, please give us a call so we can do our best to assist you. We do have a $20 same day order fee. 

 If you are not happy with a product that was delivered, please contact us so that we can replace the item as soon as possible.
